When the event cannot proceed normally
If a technical, electronic failure or a critical malfunction occurs that prevents the normal development of the virtual event, bets on that event are voided and amounts are refunded, provided that the result has not been determined.
When the result is already recorded
If the result has already been determined and recorded in our system, it is considered valid, even if the transmission has poor quality, interruptions, delays, or does not show at all. In that case, bets remain valid, since the result is confirmed in the database.
When the transmission is out of sync
If the transmission or commentary of the event appears delayed, out of sync, or with lags, bets placed before the result determination remain valid, since the validity of the event depends on the recorded result.
