If you have a claim, complaint, or dispute related to games, transactions, or other Betano services, you can submit it directly from your account. We do our best to resolve each case as quickly as possible.
How does the process work?
- Complete the claim form as soon as possible after the incident. Include a clear summary of the issue, the date and time, the reasons for the claim, and any relevant supporting documentation (e.g., receipts or screenshots).
- You will receive a confirmation email indicating that your claim has been received, along with a unique reference number (ID).
- Betano will resolve your claim within a maximum of 10 days from the date of receipt and will inform you of the resolution.
What if you are not satisfied with the resolution?
If your dispute is not resolved satisfactorily, you can refer it to an Alternative Dispute Resolution company, such as eCOGRA. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Malta Gaming Authority.
