How to request "Request Your Bet" via support chat
Follow these steps to send your request via chat:
- Click the chat button located at the bottom of the page.
- Specify the event or sport you want to bet on.
- Describe the market or condition you want.
- Add any additional details necessary for your request to be evaluated.
The Betano team will review your request and confirm whether the market can be created.
How to request "Request Your Bet" via the contact form
Follow these steps to send your request via the form:
- Access the contact form available in the Help Center.
- Select the reason related to sports betting.
- Describe the market or custom bet you want to request.
- Submit the request for the Betano team to review.
When to submit your "Request Your Bet" request
Submit your request, either via chat or form, at least one hour in advance of the match start time. This gives the Betano team enough time to review it before the event begins.
Approval of each request depends on the available markets, event rules, and applicable limits in each case; not all requests can be approved. If your request is approved, the custom bet will appear available within the corresponding event, alongside the other markets.
