- You have 30 calendar days from the time the bonus is activated to complete the requirements. If you do not meet them within this period, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.
- Only settled bets that meet the promotion’s conditions will count.
- Excluded bets or bets that do not contribute to the requirement will be determined according to the terms and conditions applicable to the bonus.

There, you can review the available information about your bonus status and the pending requirements to complete it.
Important note
- If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings obtained with it will be automatically canceled.
- If you cancel the withdrawal request, the bonus cannot be reinstated, in accordance with the applicable Bonus Policy.
