Cash deposits
If you made a cash deposit through Red Activa, Facilito, Cruz Azul, Medicity, Ya, or other physical locations and the funds are not credited to your account within 24 hours, please contact us immediately. These cases are treated as a priority.
Bank transfers and other electronic methods
If you made a deposit via bank transfer or another electronic method and more than 3 business days have passed without the funds being credited to your account, you should also contact our Customer Service Department.
