In Ecuador, what you can do depends on whether you activated Take a Break or Self-Exclusion.
If you activated “Take a Break”
The temporary closure is activated from the moment you set it and remains in effect for the period you select (24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
If you changed your mind:
You can extend the duration of the temporary closure or apply it to more products at any time, with immediate effect.
If you wish to reduce the duration of the temporary closure or apply it to fewer selected products, the request will be considered after 7 days. Until then, the current settings remain.
If you activated “Self-Exclusion”
Self-exclusion is active from the moment you set it and remains in effect for the period you select (6 months, 12 months, 24 months, or indefinitely).
If you changed your mind:
You can extend the self-exclusion period or exclude yourself from more products at any time, with immediate effect.
To reduce or deactivate a self-exclusion, your request will be reviewed after you provide an explanation.
If the request is approved, the changes will take effect in 7 days. Meanwhile, the self-exclusion will remain active.
Product selection
In both Take a Break and Self-Exclusion, you can apply the measure by product (for example, Sports Betting – Virtuals and/or Casino – Virtual Games) according to what you select in your account.
