When is an account considered inactive?
An account is considered inactive when no activity is recorded for 12 consecutive months, including:
- Not logging in
- Not placing bets
- Not making deposits or withdrawals
- Not participating in games or promotions
What fee is charged?
In the event that an account becomes inactive and still has a remaining balance, Kaizen may charge an administrative fee of $21 starting from the fourth month of inactivity until the balance reaches zero.

- The fee is automatically deducted from your available balance.
- Your account will not go into a negative balance.
- If you resume any activity (such as logging in, betting, or depositing), your account will no longer be considered inactive, and the fee will stop being applied.

How to avoid this fee
To keep your account active and avoid the fee, simply perform at least one of the following actions within a 12-month period:
- Log in
- Place a bet
- Make a deposit or withdrawal
- Play in the casino or join active promotions
