If your account shows no activity for a prolonged period of time, it becomes dormant (i.e., an account with no activity for a continuous period of 12 months, including no logins, no bets placed, no deposits or withdrawals, and no participation in games or promotions).
These accounts may be suspended or closed in accordance with applicable laws; however, no inactivity fee is charged and the balance remains intact.
If your account has been suspended due to inactivity, you can reactivate it by accessing the chat and selecting the category: “Registration / Login Issues.”
The Virtual Assistant will request the following information:
- Username
- Email address
- Date of birth
- ID number (DNI/ID)
Once you provide the correct details, exactly as they appear in our system, your account will be unlocked immediately.
