Temporary Account Closure
Temporary closure takes effect immediately after it is set and will apply according to the selected period:
- 24 hours
- 48 hours
- 7 days
- 30 days
You can also apply the temporary closure to Sports Betting and/or Casino only.
Please note:
- You can extend the temporary closure period at any time.
- You can also add more products to the temporary closure.
- Changes will be applied immediately.
- It is not possible to reduce the selected time or cancel the closure before the chosen period ends.
Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion takes effect immediately after it is activated and can be set for the following periods:
- 6 months
- 12 months
- 24 months
- Permanent
You can self-exclude from Sports Betting and/or Casino.
Please note:
- You can extend the self-exclusion period at any time.
- You can also add more products to the self-exclusion.
- Changes will be applied immediately.
- It is not possible to reduce the selected period or remove excluded products before the established timeframe ends.
