If your bet did not settle in the usual way (won or lost), here is what happens to your Risk-Free Bet depending on the case:
- Voided Bet: if for any reason the bet is settled as voided, the Risk-Free Bet will not be returned to your account.
- Canceled Bet: if the bet is canceled, the Risk-Free Bet will be returned to your account.
- Cashed Out Bet: if you cash out the bet before it settles, the Risk-Free Bet will not be returned to your account.
If your Risk-Free Bet does not appear in your account and none of these cases apply to your situation, check the status of your promotion in Account → Promotions → Active Promotions.
