How can I change my personal details?

At Betano, you can quickly and securely keep your personal information up to date from your account.
However, please note that the following details cannot be changed once your account is created:

• Username
• First and last name
• Gender
• Date of birth

What information can you update?

You’ll be able to update the following details directly from your account:

• Email address
• Phone number
• Home address
• Favourite team

Important: If you update your home address, you’ll need to upload a new proof of address so it can be verified by our team.

How to edit your details:

1. Log in to your Betano account.
2. Go to My Account > Profile > Personal Details.
3. Check which fields can be edited and make the necessary changes.

How to change your email address:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to Profile and select Edit Profile.
3. Enter your new email address and confirm the change by entering your password.
4. You’ll receive a 4-digit code on your registered phone number — enter it to continue.
5. Then, check your new email for a 5-digit code.
6. Enter that code in the designated field under Edit Profile.

Once verified, your email address will be updated automatically.

How to change your phone number:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to Profile > Personal Details and select Edit Profile.
3. Enter your new phone number and confirm the change by entering your password.
4. You’ll receive a 5-digit code in your email — enter it to continue.
5. Then, check your phone for a 4-digit SMS code.
6. Enter that code in the designated field under Edit Profile.

Once verified, your phone number will be updated automatically.
