For security reasons, your account will be automatically locked after 6 failed login attempts.
What happens when the account is locked?
A pop-up window will appear where you must enter:
Your registered email or phone number or Ecuador ID
Your date of birth
If the information is correct, you will receive a 4-digit or 5-digit code by email or SMS. Enter that code on the next screen, update your password, and your account will be automatically reactivated.

Scroll to the bottom of this page and open the contact form.
Under Category, select Registration / Login Issues.
Under Subject, select Account Reactivation.
In the Message, write: “Account unlock due to failed login attempts” and include:
Full name
Identification number
Date of birth
