How can I change my password?

If you would like to update your password for security reasons or if you cannot remember it, here’s how to proceed in each case.

1. If you know your password and want to change it

You can easily update it from your profile by following these steps:

1. Log in to your Betano account.

2. Go to My Account.

3. Select Profile.

4. Click on Access and Security.

5. Choose Change Password.

You’ll need to enter:

• Your current password

• Your new password

New password requirements:

• Minimum of 8 characters

• At least 1 letter

• At least 1 number

• At least 1 special character (for example: !, #, $)

Important: You will not be able to reuse a password that you have previously used.

2. If you forgot your password

If you cannot access your account, follow these steps to reset it:

• Click on “Forgot your password?” on the login screen.
• Fill in the fields with your registered email address or phone number and your date of birth.
• You will receive an OTP code (5 digits by email or 4 digits via sms or voice call).
• Enter the code and follow the on-screen steps to create a new password.

Didn’t receive the code?

We recommend checking your spam/junk folder or trash folder. 

Also, make sure the information entered matches exactly the details used during your registration.
