What documents are required to verify my account?

At Betano Ecuador, the identity verification process (KYC) is essential to ensure the security of your account and comply with current regulations.

Below, we indicate the documents that may be requested to complete the verification:

1. Identity document

You must send a clear and legible photo of one of the following official documents:

• Ecuadorian identity card
• Ecuadorian passport
• Foreign passport
• Identification card for foreigners
• Ecuadorian driver's license

Make sure the document is valid, without cuts or reflections, and that all information is fully visible.

2. Proof of address

It must be a document issued within the last 3 months, such as:

• Utility bill (water, electricity, gas, internet, etc.)
• Bank statement
• Certificate of residence issued by an official entity
• Income tax return from the last year issued by the Internal Revenue Service (SRI)
