You can upload your documents directly from your Betano account by following these steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Account > Profile > Identity Documents > Verification Process.
- Upload each file in the corresponding field.
Important:
Please keep in mind that for security reasons, documents cannot be sent by email, except when the user’s account is blocked.
What happens next?
Once your documents are reviewed:
- You’ll receive a notification by email and a message in your account
- If everything is correct, we’ll confirm that your account has been successfully verified
- If any additional documents are needed, we’ll let you know through the same channels
