Making a withdrawal in cryptocurrencies is a process designed to be fast and secure. Below, we explain how to manage your funds and your digital wallet.
How to Request a Withdrawal
To transfer your funds, follow these steps within your account:
Go to Transactions > Withdrawal.
Select Crypto as the payment method.
Select a saved wallet or choose “Add new wallet address” if it’s your first time (see details below).
Enter the amount you want to withdraw and confirm the operation by clicking Withdraw.
Wallet Verification: To ensure the integrity of the process, your wallet validation document must clearly show the platform logo (Exchange), the wallet address, and your full name.
Wallet Management (Add or Remove)
Before making your first withdrawal, you need to register your destination address. You can manage your addresses from the same withdrawal section:
To add: Click on “Add new wallet address”. You must specify the Cryptocurrency (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, or USDT-TRC20), the exact Address, and an optional Name to identify it easily.
To remove or select: You can manage your saved addresses directly in the wallet selection menu.
Make sure the address is correct. Due to the nature of the blockchain network, confirmed withdrawals cannot be reversed or canceled.
Available Cryptocurrencies
Currently, you can withdraw your funds using:
Bitcoin (BTC)
Ethereum (ETH)
USDT (TRC20 Network)
Withdrawal Status and Resolutions
If your withdrawal shows as Pending, it is usually due to routine validations on the blockchain network or internal validation processes to ensure the transaction is correct.
If your request was Rejected, we recommend checking the following:
Does the wallet address match the selected cryptocurrency?
Does your account have the necessary identity validations?
Are you using a compatible network (e.g., TRC20 for USDT)?
Once you have reviewed this, please try again.
Security Recommendations
Use only personal wallets or wallets from trusted platforms.
Always verify that the sending and receiving networks match to avoid loss of funds.
