Step by step
Log in to your Betano account.
Go to My Account > Transactions > Withdrawal > Cash Withdrawal, or click this link.
Select the location where you’d like to withdraw your money:
Banco Pichincha branches
Red Activa (Western Union) points
From the dropdown menu, choose the withdrawal point, enter the amount, and click “Withdraw” to complete your request.
ℹ️ Important Information
⏱️ Validity period
Once you receive the email confirming your funds are ready, you’ll have 72 hours to collect your money.
If you don’t pick it up within that time, the request will be automatically canceled, and the amount will be returned to your Betano account.
Who can use this method
⚠️ Important
Cash withdrawals are only available if your most recent deposit was also made in cash.
Only users who have completed identity verification with their ID card or passport can use this option.
If you haven’t completed this process yet, you’ll see a message with instructions on how to do so before proceeding.
⚙️ How the process works
Create your withdrawal request from your account.
Our system performs an internal verification and sends the request to the provider.
Once the withdrawal is approved, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to collect your money.
From that moment, you’ll have 72 hours to do so.
If you don’t collect the funds within that period, the money will be automatically returned to your Betano account.
🧾 Instructions to collect your money (Also included in the confirmation email)
At Banco Pichincha:
Go to any Banco Pichincha branch.
Inform the teller that you’d like to make a withdrawal through “Monnet Pagos en Línea.”
Mention that it’s a “Payment to Third Parties.”
Present your ID card or passport.
✅ Collect your money.
At Red Activa / Western Union:
Go to any Western Union or Red Activa point.
Request a “Payment Order” from the teller.
Present your ID card or passport.
✅ Collect your money.
